Pleated blinds for doors

These particular blinds are tension pleated blinds for doors which means that the tension blind fabric is at the top and they have a tension cord down each side which is about 1mm thick (so you cannot see it) and the blind is finished with a rail at the bottom which hides all the workings of the blinds. These blinds are predominately used for conservatory roofs but they work so well for bi-fold doors that we have adapted them for this purpose.

In the daytime the blinds can be up and out of the way, almost disappearing into the frame which gives a totally open and unobstructed view from the windows or doors. They fit neatly into the small recess of the window frame. This is a great option, particularly if you have invested in bi fold doors in anthracite grey or similar finish and you want to make a feature of them.

We can also do these in a Perfect Fit version which will have a frame around it. These can be clicked into place inside the recess of the window pane. This requires no drilling to fit the blind and can be a nice neat option that is quick and easy to fit.
